We understand that you are trusting us with unpublished manuscripts. We treat that responsibility seriously.

  • We collect only the information necessary to operate your account, process your uploaded files, provide customer support, and deliver the Service.

  • We do not use your manuscripts or uploaded content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

  • We do not publish, license, or share your manuscript content except where necessary to provide the Service or where required by law.

  • You can delete your files and your account at any time.

To avoid ambiguity:

  • We do not use your uploaded manuscripts or files to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

  • We do not license, publish, sell, or disclose your manuscripts to third parties for their own commercial purposes.

  • We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. Our formatting engine processes documents automatically but does not evaluate, profile, score, or make decisions about individuals.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. The Service is intended only for adults.

  • Our personnel access uploaded files only when:

    • you request assistance through customer support;

    • access is required to diagnose or resolve a technical processing issue; or

    • access is required by applicable law.

Access to customer content is limited to authorized personnel and is protected by appropriate confidentiality obligations.

You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of the content you upload.

PublishPro processes uploaded files solely for the purpose of providing the formatting and publishing services requested by you. We do not review, publish, sell, license, or otherwise use uploaded content except as necessary to provide the Service or where required by law.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and protect our legitimate business interests.

When you delete a file, it is removed from our active systems and scheduled for permanent removal from backup systems within 30 days.

When you delete your account, we will permanently remove your account information and associated content within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance purposes.
