2. Use of the Service

You may use PublishPro only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of the content you upload

• Ensuring you own or have full rights to any book files, text, images, or materials submitted

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system functionality.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

You retain full ownership of all content and book files you upload to PublishPro.

PixelGrid LLC does not claim ownership of your work.

By uploading content, you grant PublishPro a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process, format, and display your files solely for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Account Registration & Access

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Are used for illegal or unauthorized purposes

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Free Trial

PublishPro may offer a free trial period.

After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Payoneer. PublishPro does not store your payment details.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, no refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelGrid LLC and PublishPro are not liable for:

• Loss of data caused by user actions, third-party services, or technical failures

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Upon termination, access to the service will be revoked.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PublishPro after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
